Round 1 — Indoor Allocation — Saturday / Weekend Pass

Congratulations— your car has been selected for Unmarked Sydney 2026.

This means your build has been chosen as part of the standard we want on display at Sydney Showground. This is not an open invite. Every car has been reviewed and selected by the Unmarked team.

Your Exhibitor Pass Includes:

1. Exclusive VIP Lounge overlooking the event
2. Exclusive VIP Bar access
3. VIP Exhibitor Pass
4. Weekend Access Pass
5. Unmarked Lanyard
6. Limited-edition Volume V exhibitor-only cap

Your exhibitor fee locks in your spot and helps cover the production, venue, staffing and security needed to run the event properly.

Car Placement

Car placement is decided by the Unmarked team.

We do not take requests for:

1. Specific placement areas
2. Parking next to friends
3. Indoor or outdoor preference beyond your selected allocation
4. Being placed near certain cars or groups

We place cars based on the overall layout and how the show needs to look.

For weekend cars, we may move some cars between indoor and outdoor areas across the two days so Saturday and Sunday feel different.

The only preference we consider is the day you want to showcase.

Optional Add-On: The Dinner by Unmarked

Selected exhibitors can also choose to attend The Dinner by Unmarked.

This is a small private dinner with the Unmarked team, VIPs, sponsors, vendors and selected people from the car community.

It is a chance to connect before the event in a more relaxed setting, away from the show floor.

Limited to 10 people only.

$100 per person.

Payment

Your exhibitor pass must be paid within 48 hours to secure your spot.

After 48 hours, unpaid spots may be released to the next car on the waitlist.

All selections are final.

No refunds on exhibitor passes.

Bump In Details

Specific bump in details will be sent in the coming weeks via email.

Trailer Parking Instructions

If you are bringing your car on a trailer, you must organise trailer parking before the event.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Visit the trailer parking link: Click Here
2. When asked for Booth Name, enter:

4. On the left-hand side menu, select:
5. Parking
6. Select the vehicle size that applies to you.
7. Complete the parking request.

Important:

All trailers must be parked in P5.

Trailers cannot be left in bump-in areas, loading zones or around the venue. Once your vehicle is unloaded, your trailer must be moved to P5.
