This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through our website, including merchandise, apparel, accessories, show bags, and other UNMARKED items.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During busy periods, product launches, event weeks, public holidays, or sale periods, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship orders across Australia.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. As a general guide:

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Event Collection / Pick-Up
Where event collection or pick-up is offered, this option will be shown at checkout or communicated separately.
Orders marked for event collection must be collected during the nominated event, date, or time period. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting your order.
If you do not collect your order during the nominated collection period, please contact us to arrange shipping or an alternative solution. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, your order may be shipped once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier, production, freight, or event-related delays.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
UNMARKED is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier or postal provider.
UNMARKED is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect delivery details, missed deliveries, or parcels stolen after delivery.
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available at our discretion. If international shipping is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges that may apply in their country.
