Terms of Service and Refund Policy for Unmarked Vol. II Event

Please read these Terms of Service and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets for the Unmarked Vol. II event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Ticket Purchase and Attendance: a. All ticket sales for Unmarked Vol. II are final and non-refundable. b. Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior written consent from the event organizers. c. Attendees must present a valid ticket or proof of purchase to gain entry to the event.

  2. Event Details and Changes: a. The event organizers reserve the right to modify the date, time, venue, program, or any other aspect of Unmarked Vol. II, and will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any changes. b. In the event of a change, ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund.

  3. Attendee Conduct: a. All attendees must comply with the rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organisers and venue staff. b. Attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully towards others, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. c. The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior, without providing a refund.

  4. Health and Safety: a. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event and must adhere to any health guidelines or protocols issued by the event organizers or venue. b. The event organizers shall not be liable for any illness, injury, loss, or damages incurred by attendees during the event.

  5. Photography and Filming: a. By attending Unmarked Vol. II, attendees grant the event organisers the right to photograph, film, or record their likeness, voice, or performance, and to use such materials for promotional purposes without any compensation or approval required.

  6. Limitation of Liability: a. The event organisers, sponsors, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from attending Unmarked Vol. II. b. The total liability of the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties, if found liable for any reason, shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the attendee.

  7. Force Majeure: a. The event organizers shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions.

  8. Severability: a. If any provision of these Terms of Service and Refund Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  9. Governing Law: a. These Terms of Service and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  10. Agreement: a. By purchasing a ticket for Unmarked Vol. II, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
