Refund Policy

By purchasing from Unmarked.au, you agree to the following terms:

1. Tickets, Vendor Spots & Sponsorship Opportunities

All sales for event tickets, vendor spots, and sponsorship opportunities are final and non-refundable. However, funds may be eligible for credit toward future shows, sponsorship placements, or social media promotional posts, subject to availability and approval. All rescheduling or credit requests must be submitted in writing.

2. Merchandise (Hoodies, Tees, Accessories)

We do not offer refunds on apparel or accessories. Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If a product is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or exchange.

3. Management Discretion

All credits, exchanges, and special considerations are made at the sole discretion of the Unmarked management team. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
