Media Pass Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By accepting the Unmarked Media Pass, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the revocation of your media pass and denial of access to the event or future events. Media pass tickets are final, and non-refundable.

2. Media Pass Usage:
The Unmarked Media Pass is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the approved applicant whose name is mentioned on the pass. Any unauthorized use or attempt to transfer the pass to another person will result in immediate cancellation of access.

3. Liability and Responsibilities:
a. You acknowledge and accept that Unmarked and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal property or equipment during the car show.
b. As a media pass holder, you are responsible for your own safety and must exercise caution while covering the event.
c. Unmarked reserves the right to deny access to any area deemed unsafe or restricted to media personnel.

4. Content Usage and Copyright:
a. Any content, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and written material, created during the car show using the media pass, remains the intellectual property of the respective media pass holder.
b. Unmarked may request to use your media content for promotional purposes. By accepting the media pass, you grant Unmarked the right to use, reproduce, and distribute your content with appropriate credit.
c. The media pass holder must provide any content to Unmarked upon requests.

5. Professional Conduct:
a. Media pass holders are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards event staff, participants, and other media professionals.
b. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

6. Early Access:
a. Early access to the car show is provided as an exclusive benefit for media pass holders. Please be present at the designated media entrance at the specified time to take advantage of this privilege.

7. Participation in the Content Creator Award:
The decision of the voting will be final, and no disputes will be entertained regarding the award results.

8. Changes to Event Schedule:
Unmarked reserves the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or any aspect of the car show without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to inform media pass holders about any significant changes.

9. Lockers 
Unmarked hereby disclaims any liability for loss, misplacement, theft, or damage to personal property stored in the lockers. By utilizing the lockers, users acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk, and hereby release and hold harmless Unmarked from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to the use of the lockers.

10. Compliance with Local Laws:
All media pass holders must comply with the local laws, rules, and regulations during their attendance at the event.

11. Termination of Media Pass:
Unmarked retains the right to revoke the media pass and deny access to any individual who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any inappropriate behavior during the car show.

By accepting the Unmarked Media Pass, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to comply with them throughout your participation in our event.
