Terms and Conditions for Unmarked Vol.III Car Show

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Unmarked Vol.III Car Show ("Event"), organized by Snow Foam Franchise Pty Ltd ("Organisers"). By entering your vehicle into the Event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation: a. You acknowledge that your car's participation in the Event is voluntary and at your own risk. b. You must be the legal owner of the car or have explicit permission from the owner to enter it into the Event.

2. Liability and Damages: a. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Organisers and their representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of your car or any other property during the Event, regardless of the cause. b. You understand and accept that the Organisers do not provide any insurance coverage for your car or its contents during the Event. c. You waive any and all claims, demands, and causes of action against the Organisers arising out of or related to any damages to your car or any other property during the Event.

3. Car Security: a. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your car during the Event. b. You agree to display signs on or around your car indicating that it should not be touched by any person attending the Event. c. You understand that the Organisers will not be held responsible for any damages caused by attendees, and it is your sole responsibility to protect your car from any potential harm.

4. Code of Conduct: a. You agree to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes safe, respectful, and responsible behavior throughout the Event. b. You shall not engage in any form of speeding, hooning, or other antisocial behavior while on the premises or when leaving the Event. c. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event without refund if they engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate or potentially harmful.

5. Indemnification: a. You agree to indemnify and hold the Organisers harmless from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in the Event or any violation of this Agreement. b. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

6. Photography and Media: a. You grant the Organisers and their authorized representatives the right to photograph, film, or otherwise capture images or recordings of your car and its appearance during the Event. b. You consent to the unrestricted use, reproduction, and distribution of such images or recordings by the Organizers for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.

7. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event takes place. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By participating in the Unmarked Vol.III Car Show, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
